I’m Ericka Jones — founder of Teachology and a passionate educator with over a decade of experience as an educator having served as a Texas principal, instructional coach, curriculum writer and academic researcher. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with teachers, leaders, and school communities to support real growth in teaching and learning. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong reputation for creating practical, research-based strategies that help educators unlock their full potential — especially when it comes to reaching today’s learners. I’ve presented at national academic conferences to hundreds of educators from across the country, and my work continues to center around the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral development of the juvenile mind.
